Residential

St. John's Wood Interiors

The project consisted of interior decoration and styling of a historic home in the neighbourhood of St. John's Wood in London. A family home where the couple enjoy entertaining and exhibiting their art collection. A mix of modern and more traditional pieces accentuates the original details of the house.

Castro Addition

The project consisted of a 3rd floor addition and gut renovation of an existing 2 story single family home. The owners were keen for more space for their family and to make the spaces feel more open, light filled, and airy. The design included a shed roof with clearstory windows bringing in light in multiple orientations and down the main open staircase. The ground floor included large sliding glass doors from the kitchen to the garden to provide indoor/outdoor living.

Noe Valley Renovation

The project consists of gut renovating the ground floor level of an existing 2 story house and garden. The main objective was capturing back space that was under utilized and making a more efficient and more usable plan.

Penthouse Addition and Adaptive Re-Use

Converted an historic 1860 building into a mixed use building with retail on the ground floor, sixteen apartments, and the addition of 2 story penthouse apartment structures. The renovation included the complete restoration of the building facades and the design of new storefronts.

Beach House Renovation

Gut renovation of a Hamptons beach house. The renovation included creating a more open floor plan on the ground floor which houses the kitchen, dining room, and living room. By adding a moveable louvered partition between the living and dining rooms, it lets the users control the space as their use requires. A more enclosed intimate dinner or a more open lively larger gathering.
